- Block evasion
- Transactional behavior with gift art/adopts:
- demanded rewards for drawing free gift art
- questioning artists' prices
- mass-purchased several adopts from the same artist(s) but openly refused to pay more than $50 for a single design)
- Pressured people to draw for her/attack her during art events
- Several incidents in Discord servers, including poor conduct during art events:
- multiple instances of sinking collaborative projects;
- deliberately gaming the system and spamming low-effort art to minmax points in an Art Fight-style event
- multiple instances of bringing up past events in the server
- When reprimanded by multiple moderators for her misbehavior on Discord, she attempted to commission / purchase adopts from us.
- When we turned down her commission and refunded her (in part because she sent us into a panic attack and we were physically unable to fulfill her commission), she disrespected our boundaries and argued with us. Our ToS clearly states we may turn down a commission for any reason, but she still pressured us to "put it on the backburner".
- Sending legal threats to the moderators of TBH because we didn't have the time to send her backups of all her personal channels/forums.
- J-the-Breathmint / PoofySpaghetti: Personal reasons. They may keep any Wanderstar39 adopts acquired or purchased before May 1, 2023, but any adopts purchased/acquired after May 1, 2023 may not be transferred to J-the-Breathmint for any reason.
